AIMSEA is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting scientific research as well as educational, regulatory, and applied activities in the field of Fluid Machinery, Energy Systems and Power Generation, and developing guiding strategies in accordance with the technical-scientific, economic, and social development of Italy.
Virtual Doctoral School
This initiative aims to promote coordination among different doctoral programs in order to provide PhD students with a wider range of opportunities to select courses and educational activities relevant to the scientific fields of Fluid Machinery, Energy Systems and Power Generation. The coordination is based on an informal network of doctoral programs participating in the initiative, thereby enabling the sharing of teaching activities and academic resources. Whenever possible, the initiative also leverages online learning and videoconferencing tools. /p>
AIMSEA and Industry
AIMSEA is dedicated to scientific research and educational activities in the field of Fluid Machinery, Energy Systems and Power Generation. Its activities focus on the thermodynamic, fluid-dynamic, aeroacoustic, aeromechanical, energy, technological, and sustainability aspects of fluid machinery and the systems in which they are integrated. Particular attention is devoted to the environmental impact of energy systems and to the development of technologies aimed at mitigating this impact.
